We have had nothing but sunshine and warm temperatures for
most of this week. However, the sunshine
will be coming to an end for our weekend.
There is a cold front located to our west that is going to slowly move
through the area over the weekend. As it
does, we will see an increase in clouds, a slight decrease in temperatures, and
a chance for showers and thunderstorms.
The greatest chance for showers and storms is going to be on
Friday, especially in the afternoon and evening, but scattered showers and
thunderstorms will be possible throughout the entire weekend. The storms this weekend are not expected to
be severe, but there is a slight chance that we could see an isolated thunderstorm
warning tomorrow, so keep an eye on the weather throughout the day.
Although our temperatures will warm back up as we head into
the start of next week, it looks like rain may still be in the forecast for a little longer. There is another system behind the one that is going to move through this weekend that may effect us next week. So, make sure you keep
your umbrella handy and drive carefully over the next few days as the roads may be wet.
