There is already snow on
the ground here in Bowling Green. There
is still a chance for scattered snow showers throughout the night and into
tomorrow morning as this clipper system makes its way through the area. Some areas could see accumulations of an inch
or more. However, others may only see a
dusting to a half inch. Temperatures
will slowly fall into the upper 20s overnight.
This combined with the snow could cause some slick spots on the roadways
for the morning commute. As shown in the
graphic below, there is a Traveler’s Advisory in effect until 9:00 AM tomorrow. As the showers taper off tomorrow morning,
any remaining precipitation is expected to switch over to a rain snow mix.

Temperatures tomorrow will
struggle to make it into the 40s as we dry out but remain mostly cloudy. High pressure will move into the area on
Wednesday and bring us clearer conditions along with slightly warmer
temperatures in the mid 40s. However,
another clipper system will move through the region on Thursday and bring us
another chance of rain and rain/snow mix.
